Tejas Web is an ecofeminist Witchcraft community of diverse individuals of many different racial identities, abilities, genders, sexualities, ages, economic backgrounds, and life paths. We see the Earth as a sacred being, wherein all life is interconnected.
We gather together to learn and practice magic in the Reclaiming Tradition, celebrating Earth’s cycles and breaking the cycles of unequal power relationships. We build a community of individuals embodying creativity, spontaneity, cooperation, inclusion, activism, and accountability. We are committed to Justice and Liberation. We weave our intentions with the many forms of elemental energies, Goddess, God, and The Mysterious Ones, healing the rifts within ourselves and the worlds.
Tejas Web’s first circles were birthed from the chaotic and cavernous mystery of Texas Hill Country’s honeycomb limestone. Over nearly three decades, our web has been woven to embrace allies of land, magic and spirit from the Gulf Coast silt to the ancient basalt of the Canadian shield, from California’s high Sierras to the Pennsylvania diabase. We are part of and link with Reclaiming’s global magic.
The Reclaiming Tradition is a community of people working to unify spirit and politics.
The Reclaiming Principles of Unity express principles and values shared by those who call themselves Reclaiming witches.
The Reclaiming WitchCamp Council also maintains a website of information and resources about WitchCamps.
